1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TransChar (the "Service") operated by us ("us", "we", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on TransChar for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TransChar, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Service whether such liability is under contract. TransChar, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Service.
